1. Introduction

2. Our Services
TriFire Systems CC provides comprehensive fire protection services, including but not limited to:
- Fire suppression systems installation and maintenance
- Fire alarm and detection systems
- Sprinkler systems (wet and dry)
- Pump and water tank installations
- Routine inspections and compliance certifications
All services are performed in accordance with South African National Standards (SANS) and relevant fire safety regulations.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to revise quotes if project specifications change or unforeseen site conditions arise during installation.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required before the commencement of large projects or equipment procurement.
- Standard payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice for approved account holders.
- Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.
- All goods and equipment remain the property of TriFire Systems CC until paid for in full.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of practical completion. Equipment and materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, negligence, or vandalism
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Failure to perform required routine maintenance
- Acts of God, power surges, or natural disasters
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take the utmost care in designing and installing fire protection systems, TriFire Systems CC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the failure of any system, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe and unhindered access to the site during agreed working hours.
- Ensure the site complies with occupational health and safety requirements.
- Provide accurate building plans and existing system schematics where necessary.
- Notify us of any hazardous materials or conditions on site before work commences.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, specifications, and intellectual property created by TriFire Systems CC during a project remain our exclusive property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these documents solely for the operation and maintenance of the installed systems.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party commits a material breach of these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of being notified.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
